1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the EdgeHunt website, mobile application, alerts, statistical analysis, performance information, and related services.

By accessing or using EdgeHunt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. What EdgeHunt Provides

EdgeHunt provides sports data, statistical analysis, model signals, performance information, alerts, and other analytical tools designed to help users evaluate live sporting events.

EdgeHunt does not provide guaranteed picks, guaranteed profits, or guaranteed outcomes. Sports results and betting markets are inherently uncertain.

3. Not a Sportsbook

EdgeHunt is not a sportsbook, casino, betting exchange, or wagering operator. EdgeHunt does not accept wagers, hold gambling funds, settle bets, or process sportsbook transactions.

Any wagering decision you make is made independently through a third-party sportsbook or other service chosen by you.

4. Signals Are Information, Not Instructions

EdgeHunt signals are informational outputs generated from live sports data and statistical models. A signal is not an instruction or requirement to place a wager.

Market prices may change rapidly after an alert is generated. You are solely responsible for evaluating the current market, available odds, match conditions, and whether an opportunity is appropriate for you.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Historical results, win rates, return figures, model performance, examples, and other performance information are provided for informational purposes only.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Model performance can change over time, and no statistical model can eliminate risk or uncertainty.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, including whether to use a signal, whether to place a wager, how much to wager, and when to enter or exit a position.

You agree not to rely on EdgeHunt as your sole source of information when making financial or wagering decisions.

7. Legal Eligibility

You are responsible for determining whether use of sports wagering services is lawful in your jurisdiction and whether you satisfy all applicable age and eligibility requirements.

EdgeHunt does not authorize or encourage use of sports wagering services where prohibited by law.

8. Accounts

Certain EdgeHunt features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and not to impersonate another person or create accounts for fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

9. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid EdgeHunt subscriptions are purchased and managed through the applicable mobile application marketplace, including Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation rules, refunds, and payment processing may also be governed by the terms of the applicable marketplace.

10. Availability of Sports and Features

Sports coverage, models, leagues, data sources, alerts, and features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed over time.

Some EdgeHunt models may be seasonal or temporarily unavailable based on the applicable sports calendar, data availability, maintenance, or model-development decisions.

11. Data and Third-Party Services

EdgeHunt relies on third-party sports data, market data, technology providers, hosting services, app marketplaces, and other external systems.

EdgeHunt cannot guarantee that third-party data will always be complete, accurate, timely, or continuously available.

12. Service Interruptions

Alerts may be delayed, missed, duplicated, interrupted, or unavailable because of network conditions, device settings, third-party services, data-provider issues, software errors, maintenance, or other circumstances outside EdgeHunt's control.

You should not assume that every qualifying sports situation will result in an alert or that every alert will be delivered at a particular time.

13. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse EdgeHunt, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, circumvent subscription controls, extract proprietary model logic, distribute account credentials, or use the service in a manner that violates applicable law.

14. Intellectual Property

EdgeHunt's software, models, scoring systems, analysis, branding, design, content, and related materials are owned by EdgeHunt or used under applicable licenses.

Access to EdgeHunt does not grant you ownership of its proprietary technology, model logic, trademarks, or content.

15. Suspension or Termination

EdgeHunt may suspend or terminate access to the service when reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, security risks, violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or operational concerns.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

EdgeHunt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. EdgeHunt makes no warranty that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, profitable, or suitable for every user or purpose.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EdgeHunt will not be liable for wagering losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, decisions based on model outputs, third-party data errors, service interruptions, delayed notifications, or other indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the service.

18. Responsible Wagering

If you choose to wager, do so responsibly. Never wager more than you can afford to lose, and seek appropriate assistance if sports wagering is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, health, or well-being.

19. Changes to These Terms

EdgeHunt may update these Terms as the service, business, technology, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
